Jeffrey Gargiulo Jr, Founder
Mr. Gargiulo is the founder and managing partner of G&B. For more than two decades Mr. Gargiulo has been actively involved in various financial industry facets including private wealth management, investment banking, private equity, public equities, bonds, and derivatives trading. Mr. Gargiulo has sourced hundreds of deals for family offices and high net worth, while performing due diligence on thousands of private market opportunities. In addition to his deep commitment to finance, Mr. Gargiulo is active in many professional business associations and various philanthropic endeavors.
Rob Carr , Partner
Prior to joining G&B, Mr. Carr most recently led business development in the institutional and consultant marketplace for Keeley Teton Advisors. Prior to Keeley Teton Mr. Carr was a Principal at Hamilton Lane, working as the head of business development for the Western Region. Previously, Mr. Carr was a Senior Vice President at TCW where he co-led the Taft-Hartley group and was a member of the Alternatives team. Prior to TCW, Mr. Carr was a Managing Director at Dearborn Partners where he helped expand their Sub Advisory platform. During his career, Mr. Carr spent four years at Allianz Global Investors where he was responsible for consultant relations and co-led the Taft-Hartley Group. Mr. Carr also spent time at HighMark Capital and Ten Asset Management where he was in charge of Institutional Marketing and Consultant Relations. Mr. Carr has over 27 years of industry experience and holds his FIINRA series 7 & 63.
Jordan Wyatt, CAIA, Partner
Prior to joining G&B Capital, Mr. Wyatt worked as a Principal at GCM Grosvenor, a $72 billion global alternative investment firm, where he was responsible for business development, consultant relations, and client service for the North American institutional market. Previously, he was a Performance Analyst at NEPC, LLC, where he was responsible for calculating investment performance including fund and manager attribution analysis for Public, Taft-Hartley, and Endowment clients as well training of new hires. Mr. Wyatt, received his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University where he double majored in Economics and Political Science and earned a Business Foundation Certificate from the Kelly School of Business. Mr. Wyatt holds the Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses and also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® designation.
Adam Wyatt, Partner
Mr. Wyatt has over 20 years of experience in the asset management business. Focused on capital raising, client service and corporate strategy, he has developed and leveraged deep relationships to build profitable franchises in the institutional market. Firm’s including: TCW, Allianz GI, Sterling Organization, Ullico, Dearborn Partners. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Relations, and holds the Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses.
Dan Sexton, Partner
Prior to joining G&B, Mr. Sexton was an excellent entrepreneur building scalable tech platforms from the ground up since 1999. After graduating magna cum laude in Finance from the University of Central Florida he worked in fixed income portfolio research with Wasmer, Schroeder before moving to NYC to build 3D merchandising systems for JCrew, Disney and Liz Claiborne.
